Weekly Kids Hour
Kids ages 4+ are invited to join Starshine for an hour of nature fun most weeks during the summer season at Lake Creek Lodge. Activities could include: building bird or bat houses, nature-themed scavenger hunts, bug catching, pitch-boat racing in the creek, fort building, and more! Parents can drop off kids and leave to enjoy a drink on the deck, a quiet hour in the cabin, a walk along the Metolius, or whatever they please! Programs are complimentary for registered Lake Creek Lodge guests only.
Programs run: 4PM - 5PM; please arrive 10 minutes early to register and sign liability waiver

Lake Creek Quests
Kids are invited to quest across, back, and around the property, on the hunt for clues, and ultimately a prize! To participate, parents bring kids to the Front Desk to sign a waiver and receive the quest map and first clue. Then, the kids are off on a self-guided adventure, culminating in a visit back at the Front Desk to receive the prize. Each group needs a kid who’s able to read the clues. This is a complimentary experience for Lake Creek Lodge guests! There are two quests available, each taking approximately one hour to accomplish. You can do one quest per day!

Mini Camp
Starshine offers private Mini Camps for kids, custom suited to your family and friends at Lake Creek Lodge, as well as, care for larger groups during weddings. Starshine Mini Camps blend nature, imagination, and performance in half day, evening, and/or custom programs by the hour. Kids ages 0+ go on scavenger hunts, catch bugs, create their own nature-inspired performances, identify birds and their songs, build fairy houses, forts and more, while the adults get deep in vacation mode!

Booking Procedure
Use a Request to Book button below, call/text 541-645-0688, or email jennie@starshine-theater.com
To secure your booking, complete the following steps within 48 hours to hold your requested spot.
1. Pay deposit (half of total cost) with Venmo (@starshine-theater) or request an invoice for credit card payment
2. Complete liability waiver for all programs and email to: jennie@starshine-theater.com
3. Mini Camp only: fill out an online registration form for each Mini Camp participant
You'll pay the remainder of the cost after the completion of the camp.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled more than 30 days in advance will receive full refund. Cancellations within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
If your stargazing tour cancels due to inclement weather you will not receive a refund of the $5/person deposit. If Starshine cancels for any other reason, you'll receive a full refund.
