Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES Please read this email to learn about how to finalize your camper's registration If you choose to pay by credit card, you're all set and only need to sign and return liability waiver, which can be found on the FAQ page and will be emailed to you in your booking confirmation email. If you choose "Pay another way" you must complete payment via cash, check or Venmo, set up payment plan, or apply for a scholarship within one business day of booking. Payment, payment plan, or scholarship application is required to complete the registration within one business day of booking. To complete payment without paying by credit card, please use an alternative payment method listed below or email jennie@starshine-theater.com to arrange a payment plan or apply for a scholarship. The last step to finalizing your registration is to complete the liability waiver, which can be found on the FAQ page and will be emailed to you in your booking confirmation email. Alternative payment options: - Venmo to @starshine-theater - Request invoice to pay via credit card - Check made out to Starshine, LLC and mailed to PO BOX 61 Camp Sherman, OR 97730 - Email jennie@starshine-theater.com to set up a payment plan that meets your family's needs and complete all payments 14 days prior to start of camp - Apply for a scholarship Once you've paid, your spot is reserved! Failure to pay or set up a payment plan within one business day of booking means you may loose your spot if someone else is waiting for it. CANCELLATION POLICIES 24 hour "oops" policy allows for full refund within 24 hours of booking​​​​​​​ Cancellation prior to April 1st 65% of tuition is refundable Cancellation after April 1st 35% of tuition is refundable Cancellation after May 1st no tuition is refundable Rebooking after cancelling after April 1st receives %50 off - If Starshine cancels before the start of a program session due to weather, AQI, health orders, or civic mandates, you receive a 100% credit for another Starshine program in the next 12 months, or a 35% refund.  -If Starshine cancels before the start of program for any other reason, you receive a 100% refund paid to the original payment method, or credit for another Starshine program in the next 12 months.  -If Starshine cancels after the start of a program for any reason NOT due to weather, AQI, health orders, or civic mandates, you receive a pro-rated 100% refund.
